It is possible to modify or cancel an order before shipment by contacting the +39 02 806310 Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 16:30 (CEST), or by sending an e-mail to email@example.com. It will no longer be possible to change or cancel an order, if the order has already been shipped and the reference number has been released. However, orders may be returned or exchanged later.
Orders placed on wintexmilano.it can be delivered all over the world. Wintex Milano ships with DHL courier: the products will be delivered within 2-4 working days from the date of confirmation and shipment of the order. A confirmation email will be sent with the tracking number of the shipment as soon as it is ready.
It is understood that the customer authorizes anyone at the address indicated to receive the delivery of the order.
Orders are delivered from Monday to Saturday, where it is possible to deliver on Saturday. No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
We offer worldwide free shipping on our watches with DHL.
As per International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade of imports and exports all Wintex Milano orders are shipped out of Milan – Italy with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased.
If for any reason clients are not satisfied with the product, the item(s) can be returned for a full refund (not shipping and duty fees) within 48 hours of the merchandise delivery date.
The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items.

If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased from Wintex Milano, return it within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. Please package the item securely and send it to us with the delivery slip to the Returns Department at the address below.
Return Terms and Conditions
The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items. Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use.
Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories received with the order.
In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, clients must follow the instructions above.
Pick-ups for all authorized returns with Wintex Milano’s courier account numbers must originate from the same country of the original shipment.
In the case that the return shipment requires pickup or the payment of any added fees, Wintex Milano reserves the right to refuse returns sent with a different courier than specified in the confirmation email.
Wintex Milano reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order. If an unauthorized return is accepted, Wintex Milano will deduct a 10% administrative/re-stocking fee from the refund.
